2. Eligible Returns

- The product has not been in contact with skin
- The item is in resellable condition
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving return approval.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or final sale items
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

- A full refund
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient proof.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
7. Shipping Delays
Shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays. Delays caused by shipping providers are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The wrong item was received
- The item is confirmed defective
